D1: Arrival in Cagliari
Arrival in Cagliari and accommodation in the historical center of this city that will certainly not miss to charm you.
In the afternoon, meeting with Ichnusabike staff for briefing .

D2: Barumini and the Marmilla
From the hinterland of Cagliari to lesser-known Sardinia within which lay delightful hidden landscapes and historical sites like the Menhir di Goni Nuragic fortress which guests can visit just before arrival at your hotel in Barumini.
By bike: approx 96 km – Total Ascent: approx 2000m

D3: Cabras and the Sinis Peninsula
After breakfast, a stage that starts from the sub-region of Marmilla, and passes through the villages of a little-known area of Sardinia, will take you near San Salvatore di Sinis,
a small village near Cabras that comes to life during the religious festival of the eponymous saint.
The sea is just a few kilometres from your hotel.
By bike: approx 98 km – Total Ascent: approx 1400m

D4: Rest Day
You can spend the entire day at the beach or visit all that this territory has to offer–on your trusted bicycle.
From enogastronomy with wine, bottarga and other typical crafts add to the culture with Tharros and the museum of Cabras with the archaeological finds from the area among which the Giants of Monti Prama decidedly stand out.

D5: The Green Coast
We will go from the flat landscapes of the Sinis Peninsula to the spectacular Costa Verde, to the majestic dunes of Torre dei Corsari where you will spend the night.
A long, but not too demanding route which, before returning to the coast, will take you to visit once again, a little-known part of Sardinia far from the famous spots with which the island is often associated.
By bike: approx 122 km -Total Ascent: approx 1150m

D6: The Sulcis
From the sea of ​​Costa Verde up to Sulcis in the most challenging stage of this tour!
From Torre dei Corsari to Portoscuso, passing through Montevecchio, Cala Domestica, Nebida and the Faraglione del Pan di Zucchero.
A stretch of coast with little traffic and full of breathtaking landscapes that will “recount” to you the epic of the mining age, of which this area was the main district.
By bike: approx 102 km – Total Ascent: approx 2500m

D7: The South Coast
After breakfast, this final stage of the tour will take you from Portoscuso to Nora.
Leaving your hotel, you will continue south until you reach St. Anna Aresi and Teulada and continue following the landscapes along the southern coast of Sardinia.
A sequence of beaches, landscapes and roads that will not fail to fascinate you.
In the late afternoon, we meet the Ichnusa Bike representatives and transfer to Cagliari for the last night of this tour.
By bike: approx Km 108 – Total Ascent: approx 800m

D8: Departure
After breakfast, our tour comes to an end and we say goodbye until the next adventure.
If you have time, do not miss a visit to Cagliari and its historic neighbourhoods.
